    • Our Parish Vision

    • We aspire to be a welcoming and faithful Eucharistic community, serving the Lord, spreading the truth of his Gospel, and helping all to respond to God's Universal call to holiness, in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.

The Mission of our Parish Community

  • PROCLAIMING THE WORD

  • We strive to follow the way of St Conval, patron of Rutherglen's first church, and of our patron St Columbkille, in proclaiming the Good News of Jesus Christ in our words and actions.

  • CELEBRATING THE SACRAMENTS

  • Our church provides a consecrated place where all are welcome to develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, through prayer, the celebration of Mass and the Sacraments.

  • SERVING THE COMMUNITY

  • Members of our parish community, witnessing to the love of Christ, work in various ways to support those who are most in need, in our local community and beyond.
