If you are struggling to pray to God, don’t worry about it. Just pray the  ‘Our Father’, the prayer that Jesus himself taught us. It is the perfect prayer as it contains everything that we need. Not only does it tell us what to pray for, but also how to pray for it. Pray it slowly and let the words sink into your heart. For it is in the depths of our hearts that God hears our prayers.
